China Everbright Limited Set Up an Senior Healthcare Fund Targeting RMB 2 Billion and Completed the 1st Phase Fundraising of RMB 500 Million
China Everbright Limited ( “CEL” , stock code: 165.HK) is pleased to announce that, together with People’s Government of Haimen City and Nantong Sanjian Construction Group Co. Ltd, it has set up an Senior Healthcare Fund - Haimen Everbright Senior Healthcare Industry Investment Partnership Corporation (Limited Partnership) ( “the Fund” or “Senior Healthcare Fund”), targeting RMB 2 billion. The fund was established on 16 August 2017 and has completed the 1st phase fundraising of RMB 500 million. The inauguration ceremony of the Fund and the signing ceremony of the Enjoy Twilight Years Project were held on 17 August 2017.
The Senior Healthcare Fund is executed and managed by the senior professional team of CEL. The Fund will focus on the industry chains of the senior healthcare industries and conduct business in elderly care services and products, health services and products, the integration of medical care service and elderly care service, elderly nursing properties and other areas. Priorities will be given to projects with mature business models and clear exit channels.
